Last updated August 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Purpose Capital Funds, Inc., a Delaware public benefit corporation (“Purpose Capital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit purposecapitalfunds.com (the “Site”). Purpose Capital is a brand of Purpose Capital Funds, Inc.
This Policy covers the Site only. The Impact Curator™ application at app.purposecapitalfunds.com is governed by its own terms and privacy notice, presented within the application.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide. The Site includes a contact form on the About page. If you use it, we collect the name, email address, and message you submit, along with the date and time of submission. If you email us directly, we collect your email address and whatever you include in your message.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically receive limited technical information, including your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, the pages you view, and the time and duration of your visit. Sections 2 and 3 describe how analytics and cookies are used.
Information we do not collect through the Site. The Site does not ask for financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, or payment information. Please do not send this information through the contact form. Any investor onboarding is handled outside the Site through separate, secure channels.
2. Analytics
We use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google LLC (“Google”), to understand how the Site is used. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers to collect information such as the pages you view, how you arrived at the Site, how long you stay, approximate geographic location (city or region level), browser and device type, and screen size. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store full IP addresses. Google processes this information on our behalf to produce aggregate reports about Site usage.
We have configured Google Analytics not to use Google Signals or advertising features, and we do not use analytics data for advertising, retargeting, or profiling. Google may use the data it collects in accordance with its own policies, which you can review at policies.google.com/privacy and policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by blocking cookies as described in Section 3.

These are analytics cookies only. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or social media tracking on the Site, and no cookie on the Site is strictly necessary for it to function.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Disabling cookies will not prevent you from using the Site. Instructions for common browsers are available at allaboutcookies.org.
4. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to your inquiries and follow up on messages you send us
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site
- Understand how the Site is used, in aggregate

- Protect the rights, safety, and property of Purpose Capital, our users, and others
If you contact us about a fund or about becoming an investor, we may use your contact information to continue that conversation. We will not add you to a marketing email list without your consent, and any marketing email we send will include an unsubscribe option.
5. How we share information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share information only:
- With service providers that help us operate the Site, such as our hosting provider, form-processing service, email provider, and analytics provider (see Section 6). These providers may access personal information only to perform services for us and are required to protect it.
- For legal reasons, if we believe disclosure is required by law, regulation, subpoena, or legal process, or is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of any person.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to this Policy.
- With your consent or at your direction.
6. Third-party service providers
The following providers process Site data on our behalf:
| Purpose | Provider | Data involved |

Google Analytics event data is retained for 14 months, after which only aggregate reports remain. Server logs are retained by Cloudflare for a limited period in accordance with Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls on the systems that store contact form submissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you are a California resident, you may have the right under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) to know what personal information we collect, use, and share; to request deletion or correction; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information. We do not “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under the CCPA, because we have disabled Google Analytics’ advertising features. To exercise your rights, contact us as described in Section 13. We will verify your request by confirming the email address associated with the information at issue. Personal data is processed in the United States.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. The Site does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information; because we do not sell or share personal information, no change in our practices is required. You can opt out of Google Analytics using the methods described in Section 2.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
